Guest Room (Standard): All rooms come standard with well lit desk, credenza, 19" color TV with cable. Single room contains one queen bed, a standing lamp, and a recliner chair. Double rooms contain two queen beds. King rooms have a larger living area. Inside the room is a king size bed with a love seat and coffee table - ideal for work or leisure.

Suite (Suite): The suites are the largest rooms on the property. They have an additional living area, complete with sofa, coffee table, and leisure chairs. Additionally, the suite contains a 25" color TV, a microfridge unit, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker. The suite is ideal for those away from home for extended periods of time.

Moab is an area with many diverse interests. We are located 2 miles from the Arches National Park, 25 miles from Canyonlands National Park, 28 miles from Dead Horse Point State Park. There is river rafting on the Colorado River, 4 wheel drive jeep rentals by yourself or with a guided tour, world famous mountain biking trails, a 3 1/2 star rated golf course and weekly rodeos during season. Adjoining the property is a Denny's Restaurant and other restaurants are located nearby. In nearby shops you can purchase items handcrafted by Native American Indians. We have parking available for large vehicles, a heated pool during warm weather, a hot tub, and a guest laundry. The rooms have a king or queen size beds, remote control cable TV with HBO and ESPN. We also have suites available.

General Information: Alton is part of what is known as the River Bend Area. Its location upon the majestic Mississippi River allows visitors to experience its wonder by traveling the Great River Road. The river is also home to the Alton Belle Casino, Southern Illinois' first gaming boat. Additionally, the river draws thousands of bald eagles to the region every winter. The migration of on of our national symbols is an event worth witnessing. - History plays an important role in Alton's culture as well. During the days of slavery, the Alton area was part of the Underground Railroad which many slaves moved north toward their freedom. A monument was erected in honor of Elijah Lovejoy, an abolitionist editor. Robert Wadlow, the world's tallest man, called Alton home during his life. There is a statue and museum uptown Alton which tells about this gentle giant. Other areas of interest include the downtown antique district, the Melvin Price Lock and Dam, the Clark Bridge, and many parks and golf courses, just to name a few. There is truly something for everyone in Alton, Illinois.
